WILL MY SHIPMENT BE PACKAGED DISCREETLY?
Your order will be shipped in a plain envelope or box. The name on the return address label will say “Oddway Icare Private Limited” only. No reference to condoms or any other safe-sex related product will be visible on the outside of the package.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are required by Customs to label International orders as “Personal Contraceptives,” and assign an accurate value to the package. This is required by law, and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
Notty-Boy.com only accepts Visa, Master Card and PayPal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks or money orders.
DO YOU HANDLE BULK SALES OR GIVE BULK DISCOUNTS?
We do have bulk prices on select condoms that we sell in bulk. You can find them by visiting our Bulk Pricing page. The prices listed there are already discounted for the bulk pack size so no additional discounts will be available. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because of the nature of our products, we DO NOT resell any products that are returned to Notty-Boy.com. We do not resell returned products to guarantee that our products are of the highest quality and safe for use. We hope that you never need to return any products purchased from us, in the case that you do, we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that all wholesale sales are final. WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS?
If you accidentally receive the wrong items please email us at email@example.com and we will get the correct products shipped to you. If you receive the wrong bulk items please contact us and we will issue free return postage for the incorrect items.
